Nexaweb Studio comes bundled with Apache Tomcat 5.5 and automatically configures Apache Tomcat 5.5 as a runtime sever for application development.

To deploy and run an application with Tomcat 5.5 server, follow these steps:

1. Open the the Application Overview:
    - Click on the name of the project in the Navigator view.
    - Select Project > Nexaweb Application Overview. 

 2. Locate the Start Application section as shown here:

3. Click the Run application in Browser link.
     The Define a New Server dialog appears, displaying Tomcat 5.5 Server.

 

4. Click the checkbox beside Set server as project default (do not ask again).

5. Click Finish.
    The application displays in your default browser.
