NXML bug fixes

Overview

A few bugs were identified and fixed for this MR.  All of them were issues with NXML.

Defects Resolved

9051horizontalSeparator or verticalSeparator is NOT displayed correctly
9052if a scrollBar is moved on an application which is run by a multithread, Nexaweb client will freeze
9054When vAlign attribute is added to element by stylesheet, NullPointerException may occur
9055horizontalFlowPane does not fill parent element vertically
9056flowLayout(flowPane) without size is NOT displayed correctly
