The following defects are resolved in this build.

NXPSR-11279	Add "ClientClassLoader" directory to local class loader for launcher if client needs some resource files
NXPSR-11280	When the launcher runs in oracle JDK 11.0.16.1, it displays version error dialog
NXPSR-11309	Fixed issue with myIpAddress() in PAC proxy support
NXPSR-11320	The JVM included with Nexaweb Launcher has a bug with Japanese IME input

NXPSR-11309: Fixed issue with myIpAddress() in PAC proxy support

Issue with myIpAddress() in PAC proxy support was fixed in getdown 1.8.7. Updated Nexaweb launcher to included getdown 1.8.7.

NXPSR-11320: The JVM included with Nexaweb Launcher has a bug with Japanese IME input.

When using JRE version 1.8.0_162 included with Nexaweb Launcher 1.4.5, Japanese characters are not displayed at the cursor position. JRE version has been updated to 1.8.0_201.
